Phil On The Net
Blogs
Technical BlogHere I'm trying to keep a log of things I think are really important for most computer users. I say "try" because the number of things I see that I want to make a log of are far too many in number, than I have time to update this. Mainly this will be aimed a friends who are a little technical, but not too technical. Key software I think is important and technical podcasts I think are important will be logged here.
StumbleUpon - Web Surfing Log
This is a social networking tool I use. It's also a really good way to surf the internet, and log website's I like. Within the web browser I click "I like" or "I don't like" on any page I'm viewing and it builds a profile of my preferences and similarities between me and other users. I also have the most important button, "Stumble!", which 9 out 10 times takes me to an really interesting site. I can find cool website's that would have been difficult to find any other way.
Phil On Digg.com - Technology News I Like
Digg.com is great site for finding out interesting technical news as it happens. Only problem is that, since it's so popular, some website's featured struggle under the strain of the sudden attention they receive from this site. You can see which news items I have "digged" on my profile.
Japan Photo Blog
This is a visual log and hopefully a humorous diary of my first year in Japan. I've stopped updating it now, and I've been in Japan long enough that few things seem unusual to me now, so I'll probably round this off somehow. I doubt I'll be updating this. A lot of people keep asking me about this.
Software Development
FadeToBlack - AVI Video EditorThis is the AVI Video Editor software I wrote for Microsoft Windows. I have not worked on it for a long time, and some features and become outdated, but some people still find it useful. I'm considering selling the whole software source and website, or opening it up to open source.
Photos
Phil's Flickr PhotosI'm currently trying to upload all my old photos here, so I'll have a central repository for them. It's getting a bit messy with multiple computers, backup CDs, etc, to keep track on the latest bulk on photos. Hopefully I can upload them all here, friends and family can see them all, and hopefully I can periodically back them up.
Phil & Ai's Flickr Photos
This is where Ai and I are storing our photos. So any photos of us together can be found here.
Japan Photo Blog
Photo's from my first year in Japan.

Amazon WishlistYou can go here and see which books I'm looking to buy. Mainly computer books. At the moment though I have far more books than it will take me to read in a long time.
Comedy Dhar Podcast
This is a podcast I helped my friend set up. Since I listen to a lot of podcasts, I was really interested in seeing if I could set up my non-tech-savvy friend, so that he could continue produce his own podcast without my assistance.
